General
Use of Non-Accredited System
Issuing invoices through a system that is not BIR-registered or accredited invalidates all issued invoices for tax purposes.
1nvoice eliminates all of these risks.
As a BIR-accredited EIS provider, every invoice issued through 1nvoice is automatically structured, digitally signed, and transmitted to the BIR — ensuring 100% compliance with zero manual intervention from your team.
Tax Incentive
Compliance pays.
Literally.
Under RR 011-2025, the Philippine government grants a deduction from taxable income for businesses that set up an Electronic Sales Reporting System — making 1nvoice an investment that pays for itself.
Deduction applies to the total cost of EIS setup and implementation
Medium & Large Taxpayers
50% of the total cost of setting up an electronic sales reporting system is deductible from taxable income.
Micro & Small Taxpayers
100% of the total cost of setting up an electronic sales reporting system is deductible from taxable income.
Don't wait for
a BIR audit to comply.
